PHI Methodology
Each dimension has a specific weight in the final score calculation. Belle automatically crosses all dimensions to generate a single, actionable index.
Based on performance evaluations (overall_score 0-5). Formula: Score/5 x 100. Represents the central pillar of organizational health.
Distance between required level and actual performance. Gap 0 = 100pts (full mastery). Gap 2+ = 0pts (critical shortfall).
Pulse surveys (Likert 1-5, last 90 days). Average/5 x 100. No participation = 40pts. Measures the emotional pulse of the team.
Feedbacks received in the last 90 days. Progressive scale: 0=20pts, 1=40pts, 2=60pts, 3-5=80pts, 6+=100pts.
Active IDP progress. Base: completion percentage (0-100). -15pts per overdue action. No IDP = 30pts.
Completed 1:1s in the last 90 days. 0=30pts, 1=50pts, 2=70pts, 3-5=85pts, 6+=100pts. Leader-employee connection.
PHI Score
The PHI score classifies each employee, team, or department into 4 tiers — from healthy to critical — enabling immediate action on the right points.
Score 80-100. Excellent state. Consistent indicators across all dimensions.
Score 60-79. Some indicators need monitoring. Preventive follow-up recommended.
Score 40-59. Clear problem signs. Intervention needed with action plan.
Score 0-39. Severe situation. Immediate action recommended with intensive follow-up.
Belle AI
Belle continuously monitors data and triggers automatic alerts before problems escalate. Proactive management, not reactive.
Score below 40. Belle highlights the weakest dimension for targeted action.
Detects teams where feedback culture has stagnated.
Alerts when teams have no active development plans.
