Why we exist
Good strategic management has always been expensive. That’s why almost no one had it.
Serious organizational diagnostics, mature accreditation, people management with method always were a privilege of those with deep pockets. SMEs, schools, social organizations, clinics and NGOs were left out. They learned by trial and error.
facilita.etc exists to close that gap. Not by replacing the consultant where they make a difference (strategic judgment, political reading, sector connection), but by reducing human interference where it only adds cost without value (data collection, aggregation, standardization, drafting).
It’s the end of exclusion by price. Not the end of consultancy.

No black box
